Arclight - The Azure Spark
The planet Mysiza is a beautiful purple marble, laced with vibrant blue streaks criss-crossing the entire planet's surface.
This is, however, viewed from the safety of space. Planet-side, her purple plains release sparks from her core in the form of
rampant lightning bolts - neon blue tendrils infused with so much energy that the heat they release rivals a small star.
Despite the planet's deadly nature, Mysizans founded their home in the skies of Mysiza.
Rimalra, the 7th of 13 floating cities, is home toa certain Dr. Perius - A man vastly intrigued by the planet's surface. Set on being the first Mysizan to set foot on his own planet, Perius constructed a landing craft - The Ark - able to withstand and absorb the planet's burning energy. Under the hopeful eye of every citizen of Rimalra and all the other floating cities, Perius descended to the surface of Mysiza, expecting her to welcome him with open arms.
She did - and The Ark was ripped asunder by a bolt whose power dwarfed every other one recorded to date. Hopeful eyes fell, then grew wide as a new scene unravelled before them. The wreckage was twisting as more and more lightning bolts struck it's surface, seemingly fingers putting together a toy. As the awestruck Mysizans watched, the craft was melted, molded and reshaped.
Gone was the Ark. Gone was Perius of Mysiza. Born was Arclight, the elemental avatar.
[Arclight charge] - Auto-attacks on enemy champions charges them with Arc energy for 10 seconds. At 5 stacks, charges implode with effects based on what skill Arclight uses.
[Arclink] - Arclight releases a tendril of energy at an enemy champion, latching his essence onto them. This drains the targets mana every second, and the link remains indefinitely until the both champions are far enough apart. Arclight can activate the link again to use it as a channel to warp himself to his target, striking him for (200...300)(+AP) and consuming the link.
[Arc Repeater] - For 8 seconds, Arclight increases his attack speed by 300% for 10(+AD) mana per strike. Attacks on targets with 5 stacks of Arclight charge implodes the stored energy for (150)(+AD) to the target and his surroundings and depletes the stack to 0.
Arclight takes 20% more damage in this state and deals 20% more damage to linked targets.
[Arclance] - Arclight throws a lance of pure Arc energy at a direction, Striking 3 targets in a line for (200...300)(+AP) damage.
If the target is under the effects of Arclink, the lance will follow the Arclink to it's target, even if the link is broken, hitting only the target for 10% more damage per stack of Arclight Charge.
[Will of Mysiza] - Arclight converts his body to energy and primes himself for launch. After a 2 second charge up, Arclight rushes towards his target at light speed, damaging anything in his path and caging his target in pure Arc energy. This deals (100...200)(+AP) to the target's mana over 2 seconds and immobolizes the target before releasing the mana drained as a damaging explosion for (80%...100%) of the mana destroyed +(200...300) damage.
This puts 5 stacks of Arclight Charge immediately on the target. Arclight can perform no other action while in his charged state. Will of Mysiza cannot be cancelled.
-> Arclink, followed by a Arclance, followed by releasing Arclink serves as a quick nuke and a way to weaken your target before getting in close to finish him off with Arc Repeater. Having 5 stacks on the target before Arclance makes the combo much more devastating.
-> Arc Repeater's mana cost scales with your AD, watch your mana when running AD builds.
-> An AP Arclight can quickly deplete mana based champions with Will of Mysiza and Arclink/Arclance combos.
